Rarely catch just one but he was early and more aggressive than the others. There were many hogs that hung around from catch time (8:50 pm) until 2 am or so. Should set up a corral trap!
He is home in pen and going to be tamales tomorrow says my friend...we like to recycle.

I did not count any towards the kill count this year. Maybe in the trapping section I will start a running tally for the year. Not sure if anyone else here does any trapping. Just like weed is the gateway drug to more and worser drugs...trapping can be the gateway to more and bigger ranches to hunt.
That may have been the worst analogy of 2016 so far.

No hogs last night. 1 trap the door looks like it blew closed in the high winds, the other trap there were hogs close by, they rooted w/in yards but those have been with the trapped ones so they are getting smart. New ones will be around soon, it's a river bottom area.

I caught 11 in the last week and lost 3 but killed the other 8. or customers did so I will add them.
