Need Help..... 6.8 Issue

Got my 6.8 together today, went to the range. Serious accuracy but...won't eject, case is sticking. It looks like there is a ring around the neck caused from maybe? Barrel needs reaming? Bought it from a guy who gave me a new bolt with it. Now I know why. Pics are hard to see but there is a ring around the neck. Tried different ammo. Same issue.

We need more info please- A number of questions first:
1) Who made the barrel.
2) What gas block - fixed, or adjustable.
3) If adjustable GB, what is the restriction set to.
4) Need to check gas block / barrel port alignment.
5) Has the chamber been polished.
6) Was the barrel cleaned prior to shooting.
7) Did you buy the upper already built by someone else, or barrel and bolt only.
8) Is the case sticking in the chamber, or caught in the ejection port.
9) Check the extractor, will it hold the case rim - or is it jumping over when fired.
10) Factory ammo, or handloads...

Just got off the horn with Eric...great guy, very helpful. Going to get a 6.8 hone for it. It looks like there is a burr in the chamber. If not then will look at gas issues but all set for now. Thanks!
