Name that cartridge

So I was at the range not to long ago and I was picking up brass. I found this in my bag. All it says on the bottom is LC 13. It measures .313 bullet diameter, case length is 1.350, rim is .375. Anyone know what it is? It's the far right case. Also in there is a 7.62x39, .223 and a .308 nest to it.

I collect different caliber cartridges since I'm going to put them all in a frame one day and I figured I would load this up if I can figure out what it is.

Ok so everyone is right. It's a 300 bo. I don't know why that one totally slipped my mind. I was hoping for something odd, not something worthless

The blackout is not worthless it's basically a auto 30/30. I do believe the 6.8 is a superior supersonic caliber but both will get the job done. If someone ever develops a cheap bullet that will expand subsonic the blackout will really shine.
