I like to get out just after a storm with everything soft and wet keeping the noise down. The first sow and piglets I caught feeding in a high grassy field. I had to do a double take to make sure they were pigs they were so close. I saw the sow and a smaller pig and waited as the big sow made its way over to me. When the sow went down that is when I saw the piglets, about 8 of them. They did not know what was going on so I hit one, waited for two line up and got them. The other 5 ran around the field after that not knowing what to do. The other sow, same thing, was very close, shot her and then saw piglets. I did not shoot any of those.

Death cometh, like a thief in the night. Sleep piggies, sleep.
