Relatively new to TX, from Wisconsin. Killed my first pigs this last summer. Was totally unprepared for pig hunting but got two during the day with a bolt 270.
Was planning for more that night but found that a scope and feeder light just didn't do it. Have been building and acquiring since. Have built 2 AR 10s [both 308),AR 15s in 7.62x39, 300blkout and 223.
Am planning some major hog mayhem when my thermal finally arrives.
Love this site. Plan to do my share of hog eradication this winter.

    Glad you found us!

My .270 bolt isn’t as flashy as the big boyz armament, but it gets the job done.

I run Barnes 130 gr TSX ballistics, but keep a 150gr lead in my pocket in case I have a chance at a double on the first shot.

    Keep us updated...
