IR Hunter Mark 2 / 35mm deer in rain

Here's a video I shot while sitting in a shooting house in a light drizzle recently. These deer first come into view about 105 yards away a few minutes after the heavier rain passed. The air is also very misty. There are two feeders near one another on this stand, but one of them is all but invisible in these conditions. The feeder you can easily see is 79 yards away.

The background all but disappears under these conditions, but the deer were lit up nicely and were no trouble identifying at these close ranges. I'm sure something like the Zeus pro 100 with a much larger lense would perform better under these conditions, but I'm pleased with how well the hot targets stand out.

Anyway, I thought someone might like to see this?

Definitely stood out well from the environment. The water dripping onto the tin could put a guy to sleep after a while.
