The video is a spoof/promotion. I love this guy!

There were actually some good clues. The first being that the video amazingly remained on the injured skull. The second was him sitting upright at the end of the video, unresponsive, with no material following the scene to indicate if he lived or died. So the viewer was intentionally left hanging. That makes for bad videography and if you have seen any of his other vids, you know he is quite the showman and would not leave a video open-ended like that in real life.
