I tapped and installed a 2.5" Moe rail with SS Screws
No visible tears or gauges to the rubber, but there are some scratches in the paint from use and riding/bouncing around in the truck/four wheeler. Nothing a little Rattle can won't fix or put it on a child, loaner or beater gun!
Been a solid handgaurd but I upgraded to a handgaurd with a top rail.
