I don't think you can legally.
At least in Texas, a few years ago someone was offering web based hunting.
There was such an up roar that Texas quickly passed laws against such a thing.
I don't know if hunting with a drone would be considered legal cause of it.

You can hunt hogs with anything that you can legally posses. The ranch next to my friends in East Texas has remote controlled rifles you can shoot the hog from your computer and they will mail you the mount. Not my kind of thing but its out there for the ultra rich to say they "went hog hunting."

I actually thought about this a few years ago, but that is as far as that went. Would be nice though to locate and tracks the pigs. Would make setting up a ambush alot easier.
