I've been watching the videos for a year or so and have become obsessed. Bought a thermal last spring and hunted for a week in east Texas in September. Can't wait to come back.

Very addicting isn't it? Have a uncle and some cousins from Indiana who keep talking about coming down to pig hunt.

Thanks for all the welcomes, everybody. Hog hunting is definitely addictive, as is just getting out with the thermal, ain't that right Rookie? I see you are already searching for another.

So, is there a particular part of the state that has the most hogs? They seem to be about everywhere.
I hunted in Houston County, and we saw hogs every night. Can't wait to do it again!

I lived in Castleton from 99-02. It’s my ex-wife’s home town, so it won’t hurt my feelings if I never go back!

I saw that from Rookie's welcome page. If you invite us down to hunt, Rookie or I could go key her car for you. :)

I graduated from Lawrence Central. Have a buddy that lives in Broadripple that bought a thermal and has come down a couple times.

Wow, it is a pretty small world. So, how did you end up in Texas?
I can retire in 2 years and 9 months, and we've started looking for property down there.
