Hello from central Texas

Greetings from central Texas. Live in Brownwood , hunt in Comanche and Brown counties. Have hog hunted for several years and recently acquired a Pulsar HD38A monocular. Wow, thermal is a game changer. 3 hogs first night out. Current rifle setup is Bushmaster 5.56 with Federal Fusion 62 gr, Photon 3.5 with sniper hog light 38lrx illuminator. Recently purchased a 6.8 spc Blackstone upper . Plan was to use it for deer season then new night vision after season over. Sighted in with 1 inch groups @ 100 ads with 120 gr 120 sst. Took this past weekend no deer but 240 lbs of sow showed up with several others. 1st kill for the 6.8 @ at 44 yds! Look forward to learning from the group.
