Nice. I've been seeing packs of 2-5 the last couple nights. No shots though because my clients didn't want to risk spooking hogs that might be nearby.

I had just walked away from the house when he popped up. 200 yards, PVS-14, 223 with a 60 grain Nosler BT and 24 grains of TAC. Did the dirt dance. It was the first time my son got to go with me and he had a PVS-14 with a 3X magnifier. He kept sight of him until I was able to get mine weapon mounted. I am shooting suppressed, but the hogs still hear it.

BTW there is no correct shot placement on yote, just pump them full of lead.

Afalex1 I always have a hard time letting yotes go. Personal vendetta since my younger years.

Had one lope towards me on a road while I was nestled down behind a log (deer hunting) a few years back. I saw him about the time he winded me, turned tale and was all a$$hole and elbows out of there. Shoulda taken the shot with my .45 BP smoke pole. LOL
