I have been very blessed and LWRC has sent me one of their Six8 Razorback limited Edition rifles to test, evaluate, and whack hogs with! Having never owned a piston AR before I was not sure what to expect. I received the rifle Thursday it is beautiful.

Has full ambidextrous controls which is a dream come true for a south paw like myself.

Took it to the range sighted it in at 50 yards using the 120gr SST's and had not problem hitting one inch circles freehand. This rifle is smooth as silk and with the auto adjusting short stroke piston design there is virtually no blow back in my face from the suppressor!

Sweet. I really like my custom build Six8 and would imagine I would like a LWRC build even better, but they are out of my price range even though they are well worth it. I do have to say the more I use Six8 Pmags the more I like them.

Looking forward to more reports from the legend;)

Damn, that's sexy.

Is there anything you can tell us about the rife we might not know?

Well I'm not sure what you do not know, and I am still learning things myself! I will do a full review once I have more time with it everything is beefy on it and it shoots like a dream. Both upper and lower receivers are twice forged once before heat treating and once after. The bolt and and trigger group are nickle-boron coated. Like all LWRCi barrel’s, this one has been treated to a NiCorr surface conversion process inside and out, which takes the place of chrome-lining, and offers better wear characteristics, lubricity and corrosion resistance across the board. Instead of the typical 6,000 to 10,000 rounds before your barrel wears out, you can expect 20,000 out of this one. The short stroke piston is self cleaning.

SIX8–RAZORBACK SPECS:
Caliber - 6.8 SPC
Barrel - 16.1"

How well does the mag fit and form feel?

And I guess I was asking if there was something you felt or found on the gun that wasn't advertised.

But it sounds like everything we've heard.

So was this from lwrci, or colt?

Colt has nothing to do with LWRC. That was a load of garbage made up by a guy who got fired from F&D Defense due to his shenanigans like this made up rumor among other things.

Straight from LWRC mag feels tough like a PMag should. So far this is the nicest AR I have ever fired, still getting used to the ambi controls after all these years shooting as a lefty didnt know what I was missing! I loaded 30 rounds of SST's to 2.31 just because I can now!
