Examples of Hog crop damage.

Here are a few examples of damage done by wild hogs, feral hogs. Notice how they go straight down the rows of planted seeds. Almost looks like a machine did it.

I have seen the straight row rooting thing with both chufa and corn. If either gets big enough to break the surface they will root it,eat the seed, and leave the tiny top.

BUT......ask a farmer for their permission to hunt their fields......??.....good luck !! --- pruhdlr

More than likely they have been burned before by a hunter. You know: Burn me once, shame on you......

That's why you have to cultivate relationships with farmers and ranchers and do what you say you will do.
