Dillo Dust? Close?

Makes about 4 0z. of rub. Try it, lemme know if you think it's close to the holy rub.

2T sugar +1 t
3t salt
1 1/2t sweet paprika
1 1/2t smoked paprika
2t chili powder
1/4t celery seed
1/2t cumin seed
1/2t garlic powder

Do you toast or grind the celery and cumin seed? Looks like a good rub

...recipe for the rub looks good! I make something similar but instead of the chili powder I add some smoked Cayenne and a little of my dried habanero powder to taste. Also I only use the raw Turbinado sugar and not the white sugar.

Never seen the raw Turbinado in the stores here yet. I like a little heat, will try the variant too.
