I hope I’m in the right forum for this but here’s my dilemma.
I was going to build a new 6.8 AR15 but have changed my mind thinking an AR10 might be better
I’m very familiar with the AR-15/M16 platform (former military) so the AR10 is perfect at the same time looking for more punch than the 556 as I’m wanting to be able to use it from hogs to elk, therefore the 308 is perfect.
But I need to know the the specifics like receiver and accessorie makers to stay away from. I know different company’s receivers won’t mate right etc,
Any advice would be appreciated.
Palmetto state has great prices but has anyone tried them?
