Daytime thermal use

ok stupid question but I just got my mk3 and want to play. I am good to go in daylight correct? These things aren’t like NV’s that can burn out. Just want to make sure before I try and look outside in the yard. Excited to use this thing so apologize for the silly question.

There might be a warning against pointing it at the sun, beyond that you’re good to go.

You are good to daylight hunt. It isn't the best when it is sunny and temps are really high, but it works. I haven't shot a hog without thermal in years.

Don't point at the sun or welding arcs and you will be ok.
