Stupid question but what would I need to charge my EPS5 battery in my truck?

Assuming you have the 110v charger setup for your EPS5, you would only need a cigarette lighter charger with a 5v 2.0A output. Then use the usb cable and the battery charger module to attach it to the lighter adapter. That should put you in business.
