Building My own Armasight External Batteries. Have questions.

First off I have a OPMOD Zeus 336 3-12x42 and I've made a 5 external battery packs using a Anker powercore 10000 battery and MT3608 boost converters set to 6.1v. They are set up without video output.
When any of these batteries are hooked to the 336 all I get is a blue screen with occasional red lines flickering.
I also have a Zeus Pro 640 2-16x50
I can put every battery pack on Zeus Pro and they all work flawlessly.
When the factory Armasight external battery with 2 18650s with 6.3v output is hooked up to either scope both scopes work as they should. I've tried adjusting the Step up converters to 6.3v and that didnt help.
Only thing I can figure is that the 336 needs some kind of noise filter maybe?

How much for the battery holder setup you have like in the picture. I've got the cables covered.
