Chunk up a few strips of bacon, fry it up in a skillet. Dump a mess of halved Brussel Sprouts in, (I had some drippings from a chicken I roasted yesterday, that went in too) Fresh ground black pepper Sea Salt Cover and let it steam/tenderize. Plate it up and finish with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (mine was infused with Jalapeno). Went really good with some of the left over dead chicken parts from yesterday. Oh yeah... a swish of hot water in the cast iron skillet, wiped clean, and then wiped with oil. So much for clean-up.
