AR 22 cal upper

I have decided to add a 22 cal upper for a AR lower since I am buying a 22 can. What would you buy with a threaded barrel?

for a dedicated .22 I would imagine a 12 or 14 twist would be in order. I don't really know of anyone making one for an AR though. I am sure someone will know better than me though.

I went with the Sig 522, would rather have a dedicated 22..it has a threaded barrel or at least a MD, can that work w a can?

After all,the problems I had with the Cmmg 22 upper Midaway USA took it back and I replace with a Tactical Solutions upper got it today and works like a champ. Great customer service on Midway part free shipping and paid for me ship the Cmmg upper back. I am very Happy now!
