I read about people using these with their pvs 14s. Here are some links. I have not tried any of them.

This one requires a 37mm to 30 mm step down ring.

These lenses will require an adapter

I pulled these from a post on another forum. The lens must be fast. The closer to f1.0 the better if I remember correctly. Their review said the 4.5x Polaroid was slightly less clear then the military 3x a-focal lenses at 100 yards, but the 4.5x provides a larger FOV.

the Sony lens you posted is a wide angle lens, not see what use it would be, don't believe it has any power to it
the Polaroids are 4.5x, do they require an adapter?

Which one of these is the wide angle that we were recording with the other day AFalex?

That one was an opteka lens if I remember correctly. I was not impressed with it at all. Beyond 30 yards it is just fuzz.

4.5x Zeikos lens 30.00

When you look thru the lens holding it in hand at arms length if it necks down(funnel like) it has a high f number ( bad for night vision), you want one that looks like a piece of tube, same size on both ends not a funnel effect, to pass the most amount of light. Those are the characteristics of a low light lens.
To make the lens perform better a IR cut filter (720nm)need to be used as chromatic abberations will occur, shorter wavelength light will not focus on the same spot as longer wavelength light will cause a blur or fuzz. Without spending 1K up you will not get the multiple lens coatings to correct these abberations. That's why the IR cut filter under $25.00 is needed.

It has been discussed here with some pics

I've played with IR cut filters. On new moon nights they really limit the available light. They work OK when there is more moon to help out.

I went out last week with the Polaroid setup, I have to say, for the price and how well it works, I'll have a hard time putting my 3x magnifier back on my PVS-14.

I took a 120 boar at 71 yards with it, lit it up perfectly and easily observed for shooting. If I would have remember I would have shot with my iPhone 5 and adapter. Of course the more lens you put in front of your PVS-14, the more you cut out light transmission, therefore a illuminator is necessary, which is basically the same with the 3x magnifier.

For the price, I definitely recommend it in my eyes. I didn't get much time behind it, but definitely like it for the price. I have not looked through the factory 5x magnifier, so can't compare that. I did notice some light blossoming around the edges whenever there was any type of light source near you, like when I tried testing in my backyard, but out at night hunting I didn't see it.
