A morning in the dark.

The wife and I came out to our place this weekend. I got up early before daylight to make a cup of coffee and found the electricity was out, so no coffee. I decided I might as well go set in the blind. Not much else to do.

When I was walking up I noticed two hogs moving around the feeder. Lucky for me I brought my shooting sticks. 175 yard shot with my new Ruger Ranch in 300 HAM’R. I really like this rifle and the 150gr SST round it shoots. The SST round always makes them bleed!!! The blood trail was crazy. The one pic is of “point of impact” the trail looked the same.

Good way to spend my time while the lights are out. I did miss not having any coffee.
