10 Trapped Hogs...

First 2 traps checked yielded no results. Next one which is a home built 4x8 with a drop door held a 180 pound boar. One of the meanest I've ever fooled with. They've been breaking the welds on the utility panels. Cheap Chinese junk. He had 3 busted and was able to get his head out. Wore the hair plum off his neck. Thankfully he still was in there when I made way down to the swamp to get him.

Next trap was a cellular controlled trap that I closed the night before on 11 hogs. 1 piglet escaped sometime during the night and another when I first arrived at the trap. 4" squares so they were small piglets.

That lone boar looks like he was ready for a scrap.

Great job trapping. Those football hogs are good to eat.

i think trapped hogs would make a great test sample to get some ballistic data on your loads
