    Pulsar XP50 Grey Screen

My three and a half year old Trail XQ50 has done that a couple of times. It's so infrequent I'm not concerned. Like you said just shut down and start back up.

    AGM Thermals

Wow. I thought cat juggling in South America was the worse thing I've ever read about. My life will never be the same. All those 30 seconds wasted. The horror.

"Wear That Mask !!!" (Uhhh, yeah)

Thank you so much for that info. I now have a "medical condition". Lots of studies that say mask don't stop a virus. Someone said it's like trying to keep out mosquito's with a chain link fence.

    Bering Optics Hogster-r throw lever

Thanks Brian, I have a neighbor that's looking at getting into thermal especially since the hog population on his deer lease is growing by the year. He likes my Pulsar XQ50 Trail but the price point is a little out of his range. I'll have him read your thoughts on the scope. And it may be had...

    Pulsar items

OK. I'm confusing the Apex with the Trail. Actually the Apex lines do not get updates from what Sellmark is telling me. Also once a scope is sold by the original owner the warranty is no no longer valid but you can still send it in for repairs.

Why wouldn't the XQ50 be able to get firmware updates? What am I missing?

    Pulsar BPS 3xAA Battery Holder

I would buy an extra IPS5 battery pack if you only have one. I guess if you're in the outback and don't have a way to charge I guess the BPS would be an option. But 15 minutes? That sounds like maybe some really cheap AA's. My Pulsar Quantum handheld would last about three hours on three AA's...
