Welcome, I'm from Ellis County also. I've never hunted Ellis County just hunt hog some on my deer lease in Aspermont. This is a great place to hang out.

It's great to see someone use a real muzzle loader and round ball instead of these new fangled things they call muzzle loaders.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who shoots baby pigs. My first and only pig so far was about the size of the one in the bottom left picture. He was no match for a 165 gr 30.06. Nice bunch of hogs. Mike

I moved to Texas 5 years ago and have wanted to hunt hogs ever since. I finally got on a deer lease that also has a lot of hogs. I got my first hog last weekend even if it was a piglet. It put some meat in the freezer any way.
