Selling my XP50 and just getting another PVS-14. It's never been mounted or fired on a rifle, took it out to the field once for use as a spotter. It's a nice scope just don't have a great use for it and my main NVG buddy got deployed. I'm more interested in getting a 2nd NVG setup to equip other...

In regards to the Zeus and the ADM type mount it seems to hold zero decently well as long as you are only using it on one rifle. The slight differences in pic rail widths mean you have to tinker with the tension settings between every rifle and I always thought that was one too many variables...

I want to retain the ability to switch between different uppers without having to fool with the tension screws; that was my biggest complaint with my Zeus. Looks like I might have to suck it up and get the ZRO.

I'd read a lot of the same about the stock mount loosening itself. Looks like the 2 choices are the improved Pulsar mount or the DLOC-PTM QD one. DLOC one looks nice but they sure are proud of it.

Got a XP50 on the way. Thoughts on the OEM mount? Is an upgrade in order?

Nothing wrong with a Gen3B tube at all; it's more a case of the pinnacle tube being extraordinarily good. I'd rather my best tube be in the clip on and the 3B tube be in my loaner goggles.
