Any luck finding drivers im having the same issue?

I have a reap ir that i noticed the mount was loose so i snugged up the screws just finger tight, now i got nothing. screen comes on but it stays black. did a seal break or something hard to believe screws coming loose would cause this?

Was wondering if you got any feedback from trijicon about the vertical subtensions on the reticles......if not i was talking to mr. Borisov frim strelok and if you take a pic of the reticle at 50yds over 1 inch or smaller grid he can extrapolate the subtensions based on the grid snd distance all...
