I got VLC downloaded. I got a video off the thermal and into VLC. I tried to save the video to the camera roll and it said successful. When I go into the camera roll, the video doesn't work and it's white. What am I doing wrong? I'm not tech savvy... Will this allow you to save the video to the...

For those that have a pulsar, is there a way to get the video off the unit without plugging it into the computer? I've tried the Stream Vision app with no luck. I can see the video on the app, but can't save it to my iPhone. Any help? Tye

Ok, I got the scoop. For those wanting the upgrade, you need to email Flir at OTS-Support@FLIR.com. I downloaded the firmware and here is what the update fixes. The picture appears to be clearer and now you can view/delete your pics through the scope. There is a wifi setting...

Anyone know how to download new firmware on the PTS series scopes? The instructions in the manual don't work. I've searched the web with no luck.

New to this site and wanted to say hello. Purchased a Flir PTS 233 to get a entry level thermal to go along with my PVS14. About to buy the Pulsar XP50 as an upgrade. Looking to learn as much as I can from y'all. Gotta thin the hogs out
