Apex XQ50 power up problem

Once or twice a night when I try to turn on my Pulsar it will not power up. It requires me to pop the battery compartment or now un hook the EPS5 pack. Is this a common problem? Also is there any way to car charge the EPS5?

Mine does the same thing. I sent it in but they said they could not make it do it at the shop, so it is coming back and when it happens again I am supposed to take a video of it. When I first called I was instructed to take the spacer/wrapper off the negative side of the battery against the cap but it still didn't work. I guess it fixed it self during shipping.

That’s about right. Mine does it with no batterys and hooked to the battery pack.
