Headed west to some properties that have been fairly untouched, mostly wheat fields, and cotton. Had access to 40k acres never really made it out of the first 1,200 field. Recovered 78 hogs, the farmer found ten in the field the next day, and the buzzards were all in the tree lines as well.

Good job Todd. They can mess up a field in a hurry and it takes a lot of time and money to repair damage like you showed. I was plowing a field for a neighbor one time that had been left fallow for a couple of years so it had a stand of tall grass, weeds and dead sunflowers. I drove into a big hog wallow area before I saw it and nearly tore the front end out of my tractor and almost threw me through the windshield. Kudos on the force reduction efforts.

That's a lot of buzzard feed right there. 'Yote hunting (there) will be next. Think I seen a dead dirt clod, or three. ;)

The number of hogs and the large area of damage is just incredible to someone from a farm background.

I just can not imagine the aggravation and cost to farmers associated with these nuisances.

Keep on killing them.

Wow! Impressive.
Impressed with the shooting, the hog damage, and just the sheer number of hogs dead and alive.

Wow. The drone video of hog damage in soft ground Ag fields looks like it was used for bombing practice. Very comparable to your east Texas drone vid of field destruction.. Appears the 22 Nosler is doing its job on the hogs,, surprising with the 55 grn bullet. Lots of blood spray on impact in the footage.
Great job whackin' hogs !

Luckily here in Georgia (at least where I live), our community as a whole has been hyper sensitive about hogs, and they are KOS any time and place, and as such we don't have the same problems with them as you guys in Texas do. That said, they few times I have come up on hogs while eradicating our main field pests, deer, I've never come up on a sounder of more than 3/4 hogs.

I've seen the damage 3/4 hogs can do, the damage 100 could do is unfathomable. Good work guys.

That's nuts man. I know about 4 years ago we saw a momma and 8 piglets out in a field well after the crops came out of the ground. It was like a man hunt around here. We must have sent 12 or so people into the woods (with dogs) to find them and take em out.
