New ATF ruling on shouldering AR pistol braces and stabilizers

Basically first video says u can now shoulder ar pistol braces. 2nd video clears up the question about ar pistol stabilizers.

New "opinion/ruling" from ATF says u can shoulder pistol braces and stabilizers. Once they reach 13.5" overall length as a brace/stabilizer being shouldered, it becomes a question legally as to whether it might be considered a stock. And it also becomes a question if u use permanent thread locker if u plan to shoulder a pistol stabilizer.

Like many of you, I never once shouldered my pistol when the ban was in effect!

Do you realize how far socialist people have injected their ideas into our world. Nobody has a right to tell you how you can or can't shoot your weapon. Maybe anyone caught shooting their handgun sideways gangsta style should be imprisoned for life.

The way that I always understood the BATFE "ruling " was,it really wasn't weather you could have it in contact with your shoulder or not. They simply ruled that the brace MUST be used as it was origionally designed to be used.
That is why,at least to me,this latest ruling is kinda "suspicious".
NOW . . . . as long as everyone just keeps their mouth shut,and not try to taunt them with this,and simply just use your brace as you see fit,everyone should be ok. --- pruhdlr

I sure am glad the ATF gave me permission and will allow me to touch a gun to my shoulder, what a joke

Sadly, what started the whole debacle, was a bunch of kids (old enough to own an AR) posting endless YouTube vids of: "SEE? I can use my pistol as an SBR, WITHOUT paying for a stamp!!" These are the same types, who, intentionally ABUSE a perfectly good knife in ways which could break it, and then call it an "Epic Fail" when they're able to break something... in hopes of shaming a knife maker to give them a free replacement.
