PVS 14?

Im looking for the "best for your money"
buy for a helmet mountable NV monocular for driving and stalking on hog hunts. Any info appreciated.

One of the advantages of PVS-14s is that they are extremely ubiquitous and every other body and every other brother makes housings, attachments, mounts, etc. for them. Can't have too many PVS-14s ... ... I have two and can't wait to get another ten.

If it is a "real" PVS-14 ... meaning the parts have the same shape and form as either of the two "mil-spec" 14 housings ... or their functional equivalent, then it doesn't matter, because they are all interchangable. The hyper/vyper housings have a lot to be said for them ... but require different interfaces for some mounts and bridges.
