Trouble holding a zero With my Armasight Zeus

I have a new Armasight Zeus 640 3 x 24 x 75 and when I sighted it in by shooting and then moving the cross hairs to the hole, I then took another shot and did some follow up adjustment till I was hitting the mark. My problem is when I do a three shot test my shots are climbing, what could be the problem. The scope is mounted correctly and is tight, when I do a cold barrel one shot I am hitting the bulls eye. I am shooting off of a lead sled which is bolted down to my shooting bench, I also have a 2 pound trigger, and am shooting a DiamondBack A10 chambered in 308 with an 18" fluted Stainless Steel Barrel. Any insight would be helpful, it does it more then once.

I know nothing about Armasight, but have you shot this rifle with any other optics/sights and did it hold zero well?
You said a cold barrel you hit the bulls eye. If you shoot several shots, and it shoots higher each time, and then you allow the barrel to cool does it return to zero? If so it doesn't sound like an Armasight problem.

I have a zuess 640 that i shot at a group of hogs, didn't hit squat, checked my zero, it hit an 8in plate at 200 yds, then got into another group a day or so later, missed 4 or 5 pigs, then i rechecked my mounts, the front picatinny scope ring clamp was loose, it wouldn't move much or rattle, its been locked down for about 1 1/2 years, just now worked its ways loose, i'd become so dependent on this setup. I just figured i was having an off night, but the video made me go back and check over everthing, i'd just dropped a yote at 240yds, a couple days before this started, frustrating , but part of game

Something(barrel) is loose? BANG BANG!!
Its a new Diamondback 308 , I thought it might be that need to check it but the other night I shot a sow at 165 yds in the head and dropped two more on the run, I also noticed that when I checked my scope mount I was able to make some more tightening adjustments, was told by people at Armasight that these scopes are not tack drivers and they do have about a 2- 3 MOA.

I think that there may be a little delay on the digital crosshairs coming back to zero after the recoil, these are not real solid crosshairs they are digital. It may have a few second to return to zero.

A couple suggestions as I've had similar issues with my Zeus.
• There are two sets of mounting screws. One set of 3 that mounts a "riser" between the scope and the mount. Then another set of 2 that attaches the ADM mount to the riser. You have to remove the mount to see the 3 riser screws.
• Make sure when you mount on the rifle that you are pushing the whole assembly as far forward in the pick rail as possible. There's usually a little slop. Then lock it in.
• Zooming seems to change the POI for me.

The 3 bolts for the scope/riser just came loose after a year. I loctited everything back together and its shooting better than ever. Banging the 10" gong at 200 all day.
