LSB Hunting rig progess.

As many of you know I lost my 80 series Landcruiser to a sinkhole last December this thread will keep up with the new hunting Rig build, and accessories to make it the perfect hunting rig.

We will start with the old truck on its last day.

The new LSB rig a Lexus LX450 previously owned by Mark Cuban owner Dallas Mavericks.


Meeting the old landcruiser for the first time.



First the bumper.

Now for the ARB Old Man Emu Lift install.

Next is the roof rack and snorkel removal and transfer.

The old battle wagon is looking pretty sad now.

Lift and tires switched over two year old for scale lol.

Snorkel and roof rack installed.

Got the electrical wired up rigid lights on the bumper, el cheapo on the rack until Rigid Industries decides to sponsor us!

Winch is wired back up but it got pretty toasty in the recovery time for a Warn 15k.

That's coming along quite well. Now to add the graphics in white this time....

Better get to washing those old parts so they match the new buggy more gooder. But, not in the sippy-hole. Let's stick with the conventional bucket/hose routine. The new rig's lookin' good thus far.

Looking good TLM, but don't forget the new part that seems to be a necessity with your driving. A good graphing depth finder with a forward looking feature seems in order.
