Right on brother. I would like to see this forum just as good or better as 68 forums. Pass the word along.

Elkbow? How's that overgrown "chahooahooa" on steroids comin' along? He gets purdier and purdier each time you post up pix of him. Caught up to those hooves yet?

He is doing well, 107 pounds last time I had him at the vet. His neck is already bigger than my Rottweilers was when full grown.

last time out at the lease I caught about a 130 pound sow in the corral trap, took him up there, he went up to the trap like he wanted a piece of her, then she charged him, he didn't even flinch, he laid down next to the trap looking at her, but for a first pig, a 130 pound sow would probably beat him up, the problem with the trap is the smaller hogs, 50 pounds and under can squeeze through the openings, think I need to put some tighter material near the bottom so that they can't get out, would like a smaller pig for his first shot at catching

yep, true, I think he has it, from reading about training, don't want to put them in with a bigger hog the first time as they will get shy of catching, remember the bad experience, so need a smaller hog, think he will tear it up the way he plays, my friends 3 year old 90 German Shepard is no match for my Dogo, the shepard was getting aggressive so Doro decided that was enough, started chasing the shepard and tackling it, had to get hold of his as he got too rough
